Governed subject intake
Add a subject and upload records
Create a pseudonymous research subject or select an existing one, classify each record, and submit every file through validation, security scanning and quarantine. Files are not sent directly to an AI model.
Research-only clinical boundary
Use synthetic or explicitly de-identified records only. Do not enter names, phone numbers, addresses, medical-record numbers, exact full dates of birth or other direct identifiers. Uploaded content remains untrusted evidence until scanning, parsing, normalization, provenance and confidence gates pass.

A subject stores only a pseudonymous reference and governance metadata. Clinical observations enter through separately scanned and quarantined records.
